No Refund Policy
At DarshaHosts, we maintain a strict no refund policy for all our products and services. By purchasing or renewing any service from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Web hosting plans (Shared, VPS, Dedicated)

Domain registration, renewal, or transfer

SSL Certificates

Website or server migration

Add-on services or custom configurations
2. Upfront Payments
All payments are collected in advance, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the service if you choose to cancel before the end of your billing period.
3. Auto-Renewals
Please ensure that any auto-renewal services you no longer require are cancelled before the renewal date. Renewals that are processed will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior communication, DarshaHosts reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate all associated services and take legal action if necessary.
